Assessing the maturity of the current global system for combating financial and cyber fraud

The purpose of the article is to assess maturity systems for counteracting financial and cyber fraud with view their future integration at global-level. calculations made by authors were based on indicators 76 countries, which characterized each country's level cybersecurity its ability combat in 2018. After optimising input data selecting relevant indicators, built an integrated index using Sundarovsky convolution method. Sigma-limited parameterisation Pareto-optimisation then used identify determinants counter fraud, as predictors.
